Clients never pay a leasing fee upfront—payment is only collected after a qualified tenant has been secured and has officially moved into the property. If a tenant we place is evicted within the first six months, we will cover up to $500 in eviction-related expenses.

  • Court filing and process server fees
  • Attorney fees related to the eviction
  • Standard eviction costs up to $500
Tenant must be placed by Foresight and property must be under active management. Exclusions apply.

Pet Damage Guarantee

Pet-friendly doesn’t mean higher risk. Our Pet Damage Guarantee provides up to $1,000 in pet damage protection per tenancy, at no cost to the owner.

Covers damage such as:

  • Flooring, walls, and trim
  • Pet-related odors
  • Yard or landscaping damage
Normal wear and tear, unauthorized pets, and damage over $1,000 are excluded. Tenant must be placed by Foresight and property must be under active management. Exclusions apply.
