Important
Repairs or damages caused by tenant negligence or misuse are the tenant’s responsibility. In such cases, repairs will still be completed, but the tenant will be charged for the cost of labor and materials. This includes damages or plumbing issues resulting from improper use or care.
Release of Key
By submitting a maintenance request, you acknowledge the following: if you do not authorize the release of a key to a vendor, you must be available to provide access to the property at the scheduled appointment time.
